The GL-DY150Q3A is the smallest member of the pole-mounted dipole panel family, a single-dipole unit for 145-175 MHz measuring about 1.4 m by 1.0 m. It provides a modest 1-2.5 dBi but carries the same high 300 W power rating as its larger siblings, which makes it useful where broad, near-omnidirectional coverage and high power handling are needed without the gain or size of a multi-bay curtain.

When a Single Dipole Is Right
