UHF High-Power Array

The GL-DY350IA is a four-bay folded dipole array for the 330-390 MHz UHF band, rated for a substantial 500 W. Configured around the mast it gives 9 dBi of omnidirectional coverage, and set up directionally it gives 12 dBi toward one side. The short UHF wavelength keeps the four-bay array compact at 3.2 m, so high gain and high power come in a structure that is easy to site and carries little wind load.

Power and Flexibility

The 500 W rating places this antenna firmly in the high-power transmitter class, suited to trunked base stations, paging and continuous-duty data systems on the busy 330-390 MHz band. Operators can run it omnidirectionally for area coverage or reconfigure for 12 dBi directional service to concentrate signal across a sector. Broadband folded dipole elements maintain a clean match across the 60 MHz band even under sustained high-power transmission, and the vertical polarization aligns with professional UHF networks.

Construction

The 3.2 m array presents a 50 ohm feed on an N-female connector, with customisation available, and is built for outdoor mast mounting. A 60 m/s wind rating and robust hardware support permanent service, while the compact size simplifies installation compared with the much taller VHF dipole arrays.
