The GL-DY350IIA is the eight-bay folded dipole array for the 330-400 MHz band, combining high gain with a 500 W power rating. It delivers 12 dBi omnidirectional or 15 dBi directional, doubling the bays of the four-bay model to extend range and coverage. At 6 m it is taller than the compact four-bay version but still moderate for a UHF antenna, making strong gain practical at sites that need to reach far.

Eight stacked bays narrow the vertical beam and direct energy along the horizon, which is what extends ground range; the omnidirectional 12 dBi blankets a wide area while the directional 15 dBi focuses on one sector for long links or edge coverage. The 500 W rating supports demanding trunked, paging and data transmitters running continuously, and the broadband folded dipoles keep the match stable across the full 330-400 MHz span. Construction
