Model comparison
These three vertically polarized folded dipole antennas have different array sizes and RF specifications. GL400DQ-2 and GL400IA-2 use two folded dipoles; GL400IA uses four.
GL400DQ-2 lists 380-470 MHz, 90 MHz bandwidth and 300 W maximum power. GL400IA lists 400-480 MHz, 16 MHz bandwidth and 100 W; GL400IA-2 lists 380-490 MHz, 10 MHz bandwidth and 200 W. Frequency range and bandwidth are separate specifications for each model.
The IA models distinguish omni and directional gain values, while DQ-2 specifies a 5.15-8.15 dBi gain range. Compare the dimensional, weight and connector differences below. The source sheets state that the antenna main pole and supporting pole are provided by the customer.
